How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with 30 days free. We ask for a card to start, but you pay $0 today. We charge at the end of the trial unless you cancel first, and we email you 30 days before each yearly renewal.
Can we cancel and get a refund?
Cancel anytime from Plan, and you keep access until the end of your term. Your first year isn't refundable, since the 30-day trial comes first. After each yearly renewal, you have 7 days to cancel for a full refund.
What if we add a team mid-year?
Move to a bigger bundle in the app at any time. You pay the prorated difference today, and your renewal date stays the same.
Do we need to use all 5 teams?
No. The 5 team bundle covers up to 5 teams. Start with the teams you have and add the rest whenever you're ready, at no extra cost.
